I checked in and checked out less than 2 minutes. I asked for a refund and they told me no because I booked online

I didn’t stay but about an hour because your front desk charged me over $200.00 on what was to be 57.00 I booked online and he even stated it was 57 dollars then asked to see my card 2 times. He took my phone so he could check something then he took it again to pull up and do the survey.

room was not clean . The carpet was sticky . AC was not working properly . The room was full of cockroaches. It was smelling bad .

The rooms smell, the doors weren’t secured. The bed was not stable. I did not stay. They will not refund my money. They put me in another room. It was the same.

The maid service was great! My room was always very clean for the few weeks I stayed at the Knights Inn. It was nothing like getting off from work walking into a freshly cleaned room. They also had a nice BBQ area, that I took advantage of often. The pool was also something I spent time enjoying at the Knights Inn.
